Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable
fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is
commenced. Charges are payable at the time of service. For your
convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards.
We also offer financing through Care Credit an organization that
assists patients with paying for procedures that are not covered by
insurance offering convenient monthly payment options, no up-front
costs, no prepayment penalties and no annual fees.
Additionally, as a convenience to our patients we will submit
all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you
receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally
responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if
your policy has not paid within 30 days.
We are participating providers in most major dental insurance
plans. These include Pacific Blue Cross, Great West Life, ManuLife
Financial and many others. Please contact our administration staff
